Manchester United's £125 Old Trafford turf cubes sold out

Grass a club would normally throw away is now a £125 collectible, and the first batch is gone.

United dug up and replaced the Old Trafford pitch in June, its first full overhaul in 14 years, and rather than skip the old turf the club set sections of it inside 80mm cast acrylic. The store lists the 2026 Old Trafford Pitch Cube at £125.00 and calls it a priceless memento of iconic games played at home; season ticket holders got early access before the general sale. The product page now reads SOLD OUT after that first batch, and it names no restock date, so watching the listing is the only move today.

Checklist Insider and Collector Nation both state a September 24, 2026 street date at $999.99 a hobby box. Neither figure is confirmed on topps.com, which would not load for us.

Topps' first Royalty release in football streets today at $999.99 a hobby box

Royalty has not been done in football before. The base set runs 100 cards with every single one numbered to 60, and the parallel ladder climbs from Royal Blue numbered to 25 up to a Platinum one of one. Checklist Insider puts the release-day hobby box at $999.99 and Collector Nation's tracker states the same September 24 date; when we first carried this release on August 29 the number was the $979.99 presale from an August 18 EQL raffle. Topps' own pages would not load for us this morning, so both the date and the price here rest on trade sources rather than the manufacturer.

Checklist Insider states the TikTok Shop exclusive arrived September 23, 2026. No price stated for the box anywhere we could read.

Panini's Prizm World Cup Breakaway box is a TikTok Shop exclusive, on sale since September 23

The Breakaway box exists only on Panini's TikTok Shop account, and Checklist Insider says it arrived yesterday, three months after the standard Prizm FIFA World Cup 2026 hobby box landed on June 26 at $899.95. What the format buys you is one autograph plus base parallels that are not in the standard box: Blue and Red Breakaway Prizms, and Lavender Breakaway Prizms numbered to 75. No price has been stated for the Breakaway box itself, and Panini's own post on the launch would not load for us.

Footy Headlines reported the shirt live at select retailers in a piece published today. The three-piece capsule and the October 6 tie-in come from its September 22 article with official images; no brand-stated street date exists.

Footy Headlines finds the Adidas Argentina Messi farewell shirt on sale ahead of the October 6 send-off

Footy Headlines says the shirt is now available at select retailers worldwide, without naming a retailer or a price. The capsule is three pieces: a sky blue home shirt with one broad white stripe down the middle and Messi's gold M logo where the Adidas mark usually sits, a dark green goalkeeper edition, and a light blue pre-match shirt, all tied to Messi's farewell against Benin at the Estadio Monumental on October 6. House of Heat has the adidas.com commemorative Argentina home number 10 at $80.50 and describes goat horns worked into the 10 itself, but adidas.com would not load for us to check either the price or that detail. Our September 22 edition had the tease; availability is the part that changed.

Yahoo Sports and Thekitman.co.uk both state a November 3, 2026 on-sale date through adidas.com, first worn November 16 against the Netherlands. No price stated by either.

Adidas' last Germany kit goes on sale November 3, ending a 72-year DFB run

Adidas has dressed Germany since 1954 and the partnership ends when Nike takes over in 2027, so this black and gold Farewell third kit is the last one. Yahoo Sports reports it goes on sale November 3 through adidas.com, with Germany first wearing it against the Netherlands on November 16 in the closing Nations League group match. Thekitman.co.uk, writing September 23, describes an all black base with thin gold pinstripes, gold and white trim at the neck and sleeves, and the 1978-1996 DFB crest brought back for the occasion. Neither source states a price, and adidas.com would not load for us.

Footy Headlines documented the June 14, 2023 release at 250 euros, limited to 2,023 pieces and sold out on release. A StockX listing for style IT6302, fetched today, shows the shirt still active on the resale market.

Adidas' 2,023-piece Italy 125th anniversary shirt from 2023 still trades on StockX

Adidas and the Italian federation put this out on June 14, 2023 for the FIGC's 125th anniversary: white with gold accents, the crest sitting inside a golden laurel wreath, and styling borrowed from Italy's 1910 debut kit. Footy Headlines documented it at 250 euros, limited to 2,023 pieces, sold out immediately. Three years on it is still an active listing on StockX under style IT6302, which puts original retail at $280, which is what a genuinely limited federation shirt looks like once the shop sells through. FOOTBALL ITALIA brought it back around on X yesterday, calling it one of the best modern football shirts, and named no price and no listing.

Werder Bremen and Hummel release a 100 Jahre Weserstadion kit at 89.95 euros

The Weserstadion opened on October 17, 1926, and the shirt marks the century: an all white base with green piping, a stadium graphic and German text inside the collar, and '100 Jahre Weserstadion' across the upper back. The goalkeeper shirt is the louder half of the pair, a 1990s-inspired geometric pattern in purple, teal and black. The outfield shirt is on sale now through Werder's own online store at 89.95 euros, and both jerseys go on the pitch on September 26, when a Real Madrid legends side visits the Weserstadion.
