Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026.
Fan Signal Desk ("we", "us") operates https://fansignaldesk.com. This policy explains what data the site processes and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. Fan Signal Desk is a static content site with no user accounts or logins. We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for their own purposes.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There is currently no signup, comment box, or contact form on the site, so we do not directly collect names, email addresses, or anything you would enter.
Newsletter
A newsletter is coming. When signup opens, subscribing will be optional, we will only ever use the email you give us to send the digest, your address will be handled by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf, and you will be able to unsubscribe from any issue. This page will reflect the live details as soon as signup opens.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which editions and links readers use so we can make the desk better. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or withdraw consent later, no analytics cookies are set and any existing ones are removed. Google processes this data on our behalf. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is necessary to run and secure the service; we do not use these logs to identify or profile individual visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we hold no account or contact data about you, most requests will simply confirm we have nothing to return. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
