The third annual Seinfeld giveaway puts Costanza in a Yankees letterman jacket holding the half-eaten calzone from the episode of the same name, and fans stood in the rain for hours before Thursday's game to get one of the 18,000 units. Yankees SVP of marketing Debbie Tymon said 18,000 is the team's standard threshold and "drives the collectability of the item." Presales promising a bobblehead ran as high as $250 on eBay before the gates opened, then Thursday night's sales settled between $60 and $100. If you want one without the queue, the resale window right after a giveaway is where the price gap shows up.

The owner of the Cooper Flagg Rookie Debut Patch Autograph has turned down the Mavericks and all the cash offers. The card heads to auction at Fanatics Collect next month instead alongside the Harper and Knueppel RDPAs. More on @TheAthletic:

Burrows covers collectibles for The Athletic, and this adds the Mavericks to the list of offers the owner walked away from before the card reached auction. Our August 29 coverage had the declined bid at $3.6 million on Alt.

The card is numbered to 100 from Ohtani's 2018 Bowman Chrome rookie autograph run, graded M1NT MBA 10 rather than PSA. The post carries no lot link, so the figure rests on Cardhedger's account of the August 21 Heritage sale.

Sports Card Investor posts $222,000 and $204,000 sales for Caleb Williams and Jaxson Dart one-of-ones

These two QB's just had HUGE record sales on the same day 👀🏈 The 2024 Prizm Black Finite Caleb Williams 1/1 sold for $222,000, and in the same auction the 2025 Prizm Black Finite Jaxson Dart 1/1 sold for $204,000, both through Fanatics Collect. These are now both of their most expensive trading cards EVER. Which one would you rather be holding for the next five years, Williams or Dart?

Both are Panini Prizm Black Finite one-of-ones and both closed through Fanatics Collect in the same auction, which the account calls a career high for each player. No lot links are in the post, so the figures rest on Sports Card Investor's report.
