The filing reportedly lays out, for the first time, four of the six PSA MINT 9 copies of the 1952 Topps Mantle, all from the James White Collection, to argue the grades are inconsistent. These are allegations, and the court, exact date, and complaint text were not in Rovell's posts. A grading-consistency fight over the hobby's most valuable postwar card is worth watching however it lands.
